Using the Easy Books Menu
The Menu screen is used to navigate to a main area of functionality in the app. From this screen, you can:
- View a list of your Businesses and switch between them.
- View the current balances of your Accounts.
- Reconcile bank Statements and prepare statements for your customers.
- Find out how much your Customers owe you and how much you owe your Suppliers.
- Run financial reports such as Profit and Loss and a Balance Sheet.
What else can I do?
- Send Estimates and Sales Invoices to your customers.
- Use Settings to manage your copy of Easy Books, Backup your data and edit the Settings for your Business.
- Stay in Sync with your other copies of Easy Books.
- Set up products so you can produce invoices for them more quickly.
- If you charge clients for your time, you can use Time Tracker to log your hours and produce your Sales Invoices.
